Ronny Pulgar has been running workshops for women in Porvenir for over a year now, and has sent this update:
I am sending you some photos of our fifth workshop on handicraft work with women from the island – two more to go. We have started spiritual support and prayer with them, and then the spiritual work with their respective families will begin.
Since winter has already begun, the water in the chapel froze. For this reason we had to wait 12 hours for it to thaw and we have to protect the pipes and the water meter with special foams. A new heater was also purchased to heat the chapel.
